Luxury Villa Santorini began in 2012, when our founders — a British-Greek couple who had visited Santorini annually since the 1990s — decided to make the island their permanent home. What they found when they arrived was a gap between the extraordinary quality of the island's finest villas and the quality of the services available to help guests find and access them.
The villa rental market was fragmented, opaque, and often unreliable. The finest properties were impossible to find through mainstream platforms. Service standards were inconsistent. Guests were arriving with high expectations and sometimes leaving disappointed — not because the island wasn't extraordinary, but because they hadn't been guided to the right properties and experiences.
We set out to change that. Over twelve years, we have built a portfolio of 150+ handpicked properties, a team of twelve local experts, and relationships with every significant villa owner on the island. We have hosted guests from over 60 countries, including multiple royal families, Fortune 500 CEOs, and some of the world's most celebrated artists and entertainers.
