All villa bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Luxury Villa Santorini and payment of the required deposit.

3. Pricing and Availability

All pricing displayed on our website is indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable local taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by property and are detailed in the individual villa booking agreement. As a general guideline:

• Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival: full deposit refund
• Cancellations 60–90 days before arrival: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations within 60 days: no refund of deposit

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
